Bergen lies in the western parts of Norway and offers truly amazing fjords. The city is a gateway to some of Norway’s most famous fjord, including the Sognefjord, Norways longest and deepest fjord, in the north, and Hardangerfjord – where the famous mountain plateau Trolltunga, in the south. Many of the fjords has sidearms that is as beautiful, but less busy. In this region you can also travel to the fjord village Flåm with the Flåm Line, votes one of the world’s most beautiful train journes.
